Choose the next growth move with a clear purpose.
Start with a specific opportunity, the capacity to act on it and a useful way to judge the result. Managed Growth describes how focused improvements could build on a working contact and response process. Any separate project needs its own agreed scope and price.

Make sure the business is ready for the next step.
Before considering a project, we look at how customers reach you, who responds and what you know about the work won. We also consider your team’s capacity and the value of the change.
The starting point depends on the problem. Managed Presence addresses selected website pages and public business information. Revenue Foundation connects customer contact, team response and sales records. Neither service is automatically included in a Growth project.
A smaller business or startup can be suitable for a focused improvement. The question is whether the work has a clear purpose, someone can use it and there is a practical way to assess what happens.
Give each improvement a specific job.
These are possible areas for a separately scoped project. We would confirm the need, available evidence and delivery capacity before offering the work.
- Search and service content
- Improve selected service information or search-facing pages around a defined customer need. The scope names the pages, content and checks involved.
- Page and contact improvements
- Make an agreed page or contact step clearer, using customer questions and available evidence to choose the change. Define what to observe afterward.
- Customer proof and review processes
- Organize approved project examples or genuine customer feedback, or assess a defined review-request process. Any setup or continuing operation is specified separately.
- Measurement and reporting
- Connect the selected activity to useful records of contacts, estimates, bookings or customers, where the available tools and data support it. Identify gaps in the evidence.
These areas are not a bundled service or a promised monthly output. Advertising, customer outreach, software and custom connections require their own agreed scope and costs.
Agree on the work and how to assess it.
A useful project starts with a defined question. The proposal connects that question to the work, the people responsible and the evidence to review.
- Set the priority and limits
- State the problem, proposed change, deliverables, required access and exclusions. Agree the price, timing and what counts as completed work.
- Name the responsibilities
- ZuziDigital carries out the agreed work and reports what changed. Your business provides accurate information, approves customer-facing material, responds to customers and keeps the agreed outcome records current.
- Review what happened
- Record the starting position and choose useful measures before the change. Review the results at the agreed time, including data gaps and other factors that may have affected them. Decide whether to keep, revise or stop the approach.
More clicks or activity alone do not establish a better business result. The measures should relate to the project’s purpose. Rankings, lead volume and revenue are not guaranteed.
Price the specific project before work begins.
No standard monthly Managed Growth plan is currently offered. Any separate project needs its own scope, delivery confirmation and agreed price.
Project work
The fee reflects the agreed deliverables, starting condition, required access, specialist work and review effort. Revisions, support and any further work are identified in the proposal.
Other costs
Software, advertising spend, paid services and usage charges are identified when needed. Your proposal distinguishes ZuziDigital’s fees from charges paid to other providers.
A project does not automatically include website care, Revenue Foundation, ongoing content, campaign management or continued reporting. Each continuing service needs a separate agreement.

Share your website or business profile and one main concern in a free Revenue Path Review. We review the public contact path and your description, then provide a short written summary with up to three observations and a suggested next step. There is no obligation to buy further work.
If a closer investigation is needed, we agree its scope and fixed fee before it begins. A review does not commit you to a project or an ongoing plan.
