One clear problem. A practical next step.
Start with the issue you want to resolve. A free review helps identify a sensible next step. If the cause needs closer investigation, we agree that work and its fee first. When the problem is already clear, we can move directly to a proposal for a focused project.
Get the level of help the problem needs.
A review helps decide what to do next. A deeper investigation examines a defined problem when the available information is not enough.
Revenue Path Review
Free
Share your website or business profile and one main concern. We review the public contact path and your description, then provide a short written summary with up to three observations and a suggested next step.
The review covers one business and one concern. It does not include an account audit, implementation or a full marketing plan. There is no obligation to buy further work.
Deeper investigation
Agreed fixed fee
Some problems need access to existing tools or a closer look at conflicting evidence. When that work is needed, we agree the question, checks, required access, delivery date and fee before it begins.
You receive findings and a prioritized action list you can use independently. Implementation is separate unless expressly included. Paid investigation is not required for every project.
The recommendation may be a change your team can make, a focused project, a broader service or no paid work.
A specific change, with a clear finish.
A focused project carries out an agreed improvement. It might address a named website defect, clarify an existing contact step or configure a defined customer-request process. We confirm fit, access and delivery capacity before offering the work.
- Define the change
- Name the problem and the page, form, profile or process involved. State what should work differently and what is outside the project.
- Confirm what it needs
- Check the existing setup, required access, approved content and any tools or provider costs. Identify dependencies before agreeing the work.
- Check the result
- Agree how completion will be tested. Provide a record of the changes, checks and remaining issues, with any operating instructions named in the scope.
These are examples of possible project areas, not a bundled package or an online booking menu. A rebuild, custom connection, campaign or additional repair needs its own agreed scope.
Know the scope and price before you decide.
The written proposal sets out what you receive, what each side needs to do and how the work will be checked.
- Work and deliverables
- The question or change being addressed, named deliverables, quantities and exclusions. Investigation and implementation are identified separately.
- Access and responsibilities
- The information, account access and approvals needed, who provides them and who will use or operate the result. You retain ownership of your business accounts.
- Fees and other costs
- The agreed service fee, payment schedule and any selected continuing service. Required software, provider and usage charges are identified separately.
- Timing, checks and support
- Required inputs, the agreed schedule, completion checks, revision limits and any support or correction period.
Additional work is discussed and priced before it begins. Completing a project does not automatically start an ongoing service.
Use the result. Choose what happens next.
After an investigation
Use the findings and prioritized action list to decide what to address, what needs further evidence and who should do the work. You can use the result independently, with your own team or another provider.
After a focused project
Review the agreed change and its test record. Know what was completed, what remains outside the scope and what your team needs to do next.
The work may end there. If the next priority calls for broader setup or selected ongoing management, we explain that option separately.
