Zuzi Essentials

Keep your website ready for customers.

Zuzi Essentials is being developed for routine care of a supported existing website. The planned service covers agreed upkeep, checks on key pages and contact routes, and a clear record of what needs attention.

Who it is for

Your website has a job to do. It also needs looking after.

Essentials is intended for a business with an existing website that needs routine care and a named person responsible for that work. A smaller business or startup can be a fit when its website is supported and the required work is within scope.

If the website needs substantial repairs, new pages or a different structure, that work should be assessed separately before routine care begins.

Managed Presence addresses improvements to your public presence. Revenue Foundation connects how customers reach you, how your team responds and how results are recorded.

The planned scope

Routine care with clear boundaries.

The care agreement will name the website, supported software, checks and schedule. The proposed scope focuses on four areas.

Agreed website upkeep
Carry out the software updates and maintenance tasks listed in the care plan, where the website’s platform supports them. Check the agreed pages and functions after changes.
Key pages and contact routes
Check that the selected pages load and the agreed contact routes work. Record any faults and identify the next action.
Backups and recovery responsibilities
Confirm where backups are held, how recovery would work and who is responsible. The agreement will identify any backup services or restoration work included.
A useful care record
Record the work completed, problems found and items needing your approval or separate work. Share that record on the agreed schedule.

New pages, redesign, content campaigns, search marketing, advertising, sales follow-up and custom integrations require a separate scope.

Before care begins

Check the website before agreeing to maintain it.

Onboarding establishes what can be supported, what already needs attention and what the care plan will cover.

Confirm the setup
Identify the website platform, hosting, important features, account access and any paid software it depends on.
Record the starting condition
Check the agreed pages and contact routes, identify existing faults and confirm the backup and recovery arrangements.
Agree the care plan
Set the included tasks, check schedule, responsibilities, support limits and fees. Identify any repair or setup work needed first.

Existing faults or missing access may need to be resolved before routine care can start. Any separate work is described and priced first.

Responsibilities & support

Know who looks after each part.

ZuziDigital

Carry out the agreed care tasks, keep a record of changes and issues, and identify work that needs a decision or separate scope. Follow the agreed process when a check finds a problem.

Your business

Keep ownership of your accounts, provide the required access, approve changes and maintain accurate business information. Renew the services you pay for directly and tell us about changes made by other providers.

Scope & cost

Define the care before setting the fee.

Essentials is in development. Onboarding, care duties, support limits and fees are still being defined.

Initial work

The onboarding price will reflect the website’s condition, the access and tools available, and any agreed setup work. Repairs or migration will be identified separately when needed.

Ongoing care

The care fee will reflect the tasks, checks, support and included adjustments in the agreement. Additional work will be discussed and priced before it begins.

Hosting, domain renewals, paid software, backup services and other provider charges will be identified separately where required. The proposal will make clear which charges are included in ZuziDigital’s fee and which you pay directly.
